SORTATION OF MATERIALS - A 54,000 sq. ft. building is dedicated to the sortation of materials received by suppliers. Materials can be broken down into different categories.

MARKET RISK MANAGEMENT - Copper and aluminum inventories are hedged through physical and futures markets. We also provide hedging services on behalf of customers that are not set up to do so. Pricing options are given to both suppliers and customers to enable them to pick a time and price point they require.

METAL BROKERAGE - Marketing only services can be provided in cases where material is already in a mill spec form.

CONVERSION OF SCRAP TO COPPER CATHODE OR ROD - Payment to our customers can be made in the form of Money or usable product such as copper cathode or copper rod.

TOLL PROCESSING - Processing material for customers who need to maintain ownership of their metal is also provided. All toll material is processed separately on a lot basis and inventories are maintained separately to insure the integrity of eachcustomers material.

LOGISTICS CONSULTING - VPI has participated in setting up retail delivery services at utility centers. VPI also has alliances with several carriers that minimize transportation costs.

RECIPRICAL BUSINESS VPI - has a philosophy of trying to do business whenever possible with its suppliers and customers. We may purchase scrap insulated copper from a customer who also can utilize our finished goods. We make every effort to support those companies that support us.
